Walking through the 18th-century French doors into a space that's quiet and calming, with the marble bathroom and custom closet, has always felt a little special. One of the things I've loved most about this property is how it's set back, giving you this big, open front yard, while still having a completely private backyard. At night, the custom landscape lighting in the front yard completely transforms the space, it softly lights everything up and can even change colors, which has made holidays, gatherings, or even just coming home at night feel a little more magical. The gazebo, the new landscaping, the turf, it's been such an easy space to enjoy, whether it's a quiet night or having people over. Over the years, I've also made updates like replacing the roof in 2021, landscaping lighting adding a new water heater, installing security cameras, and even a Bluetooth shower speaker, little things that just make daily life better.
