This is a great little condominium complex. Only 40 units and 3 stories. The pool is located in the courtyard in the center of the complex. This unit has new flooring and freshly painted. A very cozy unit with a nice sized living area. Very large closet in the bedroom considering the size of the unit. And also a second closet in the bedroom. Kitchen is small but efficient and has a new oven/range. With very little work, this lovely condo is move in ready. The last unit this size sold for $129,000 in December, and did not have the updated flooring that this unit has. And the location is wonderful, with shopping and many restaurants very close by.
