This ground floor condo unit is located in building "Y" which is located near the popular Vista Pines Clubhouse. This 55+ active community holds many activities such as dances, dinners and cook outs in the Clubhouse. My favorite is the oversized pool which is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer!
