Apartment can be held for up to 30 days from application date. Flagler street is one block over and the new Julia and Henrys food hall is a block away along with dozens of local bars and restaurants within walking distance. The building has onsite management. The apartment has upgraded champagne washed hardwood flooring, smart home tech package with Nest thermostat and WiFi light switches , in unit Bosch front loading washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, thermal pane noise cancelling windows and granite countertops. No pool or gym but the YMCA* across the street currently offers $0 enrollment and 20% off your monthly membership for residents of the building. The Epic hotel* next door also offers a membership package for our residents that allows gym access (to include classes), pool access and spa discounts for $99 per month. *Pricing is subject to change. Lease term: 13 months. Parking: $160 per month per vehicle + tax (If needed) Discounted rate is for the garage attached to the back of the building. We do not own the garage.Water is sub-metered, and you only pay for what you use. Trash - $25 per month. Cable & Internet is at the tenants cost if needed. We do offer free WiFi on the rooftop deck that has beautiful views of downtown, port of Miami & South Beach.
