We will be 10 minutes away from the inlet and fishing the World famous Gulf stream, My girlfriends and I can spend time on our privately deeded beach just across the street. Then maybe a day of shopping in Sewalls Point or Downtown Stuart. Wow! look at all the upgrades this home has it is just like it was built yesterday. I love the 3 bedrooms, a rarity on the island, as most are 2 bedrooms. I'm sure there are not any 3 bedrooms with a dock outside your porch! We will have plenty of room for our Northern friends and family. Don't make it too comfortable they may never want to leave. What a day I'm tired, time to retreat to our luxurious Master Suite with custom built-in cabinetry and upgraded walk-in closet. The master bath is perfectly redone and the color coordination fits the decorative theme to a tee. Sweetie, I'm going to take a shower, can you make sure the water heater is on? Silly me, it is a tank less instant hot water heater, You never have to worry about running out! Time to rise and shine coffee on the porch while contemplating another great day in Paradise and watching the manatees swim by. Let's do Lunch in the Manatee pocket rover can come also since the association is pet friendly. Twisted Tuna, Shrimpers, The District, are only minutes away. I can't believe how marvelous the Treasure Coast is and all the incredible activities at our fingertips. Last but not Least the dock is fantabulous. You can clean the fish, wash the boat, flush the outboards, and store your stuff in the dock box. To top this off, we also have a community ICE MAKER so you won't ever have to go buy ice and you can also store the bait in the community FREEZER so I don't have to see it in our freezer! Wake up!
