Ideally located 1 block away from the gate to White Fences and about 12 miles to WEF. 16 stalls available (12'*12') with fly system (two 8 Stall barns). Total of 18 stalls on site (two 8 stall barns with center aisle and a 2 stalls barn for the owner's horses). Washer, dryer and refrigerator in the barn. Dry stalls only, no service. Owner prefers to rent the stalls to one boarder with 14 horses or two boarders with a minimum 6 horses. Regulation size dressage arena and riding/lunging arena (70'x70') both with excellent footing (all weather GGT) and irrigation (groomed daily). Grass field for riding. This barn is dedicated only to dressage (no jumps in the arena). Sorry no mirrors. Property is high and dry and drains well. Private and quiet. Well maintained. Available camper hookups on site for additional fee (30 and 50 Amps). Home is not for rent (owner occupied). Price includes water, fly spray, tack room, feed room and ring/longing area maintenance.
