Persons under 18 years of age are allowed to stay as an overnight guest for up to 30 days per calendar year. And a unit must be owned for 18 months to be eligible to be leased out and the tenant(s) must be approved by the condo association and only one lease is permitted per 12 month period - with a 4 month minimum.
