Meridian Park is a 55+ community and a quaint, quiet place to downsize and live comfortably with loads of convenient shoppes at Promenade Plaza including a brand new Publix. Many residents consider it a nice walk when you only need a couple of things. The home has a lovely Florida room overlooking a large green area bordering a canal. Some updating has been done and the current tenant is on a month-to-month basis and has taken good care . MP has lots of social activities and a lovely pool, picnic area, library and Internet hookup. Utilities are only electric and advance streaming services. Water, pest control and basic wi-fi, trash, water are included in COA fee. Parking is under cover and near your front door.
