Pinecrest's school zoning is the primary driver of demand and home values. Pinecrest Elementary is consistently rated among the top elementary schools in the state of Florida. Palmetto Middle School and Miami Palmetto Senior High continue the academic pipeline with strong AP programs, competitive athletics, and consistently high graduation rates. These are not magnet schools requiring applications or lotteries. They are zoned public schools, meaning if you live in the attendance boundary, your child is guaranteed enrollment.
